Thunderbolt is a neighborhood cocktail bar with great food, located at the intersections of Historic Filipinotown, Echo Park, and DTLA. We are inspired by the American South, and you’ll notice it from the smiles that greet you, to the countless bottles of Madeira on the backbar.
We are ADA accessible and a welcome space for all people. We believe in inclusion so much we put a notice on our door: mind your manners. We want all our guests to feel welcome, because they are.
Our staff are some of the very best drink makers in the city and our kitchen knows their way around a biscuit. Our beverage program uses a ton of tech and innovation to make cocktails more sustainable, more efficient, more consistent, and most importantly, more delicious.
