Affectionately known as People’s, we opened in 2010 with one guiding principle: provide the city of Dallas with a haven for cocktail enthusiasts seeking quality and conviction.
One of our goals has always been to challenge the stigma commonly associated with cocktails as being unapproachable and meant only for the sophisticated drinker. Although the team is constantly learning and growing as professionals, our primary goal is to share that knowledge with our customers in a disarming fashion.
Our focus has always been on using better quality ingredients to create better quality cocktails; success in that regard is self-evident in our longevity and reputation.
