Señor Blues Food Truck  is celebrating 9 years of serving the greater Las Vegas, specializing in the ultimate TexMex  FRESH! All our dishes are  prepared daily from scratch – this is truly mobile GOURMET!

Our chicken and seasoned ground beef are organic, never any artificial flavors, preservatives or added hormones. Señor Blues strives to use locally, regionally or organically grown produce.  Our Chef hails from El Paso Texas, and has been creating Artisanal TexMex for mucho tiempo!
