Hot Yoga Sanford

Hello. My name is Julie Tonks.  I am a certified Bikram Yoga Teacher.  I received my Bikram Yoga Teacher Certification November 2007.  Since then, I managed and taught yoga full time at a Bikram Yoga school. I also accomplished three advanced seminars with Bikram Choudhury in Las Vegas, Palm Desert, and San Diego.  I attended one of Rajashree’s Women’s Empowerment and teacher recertification seminars at the Kripalu Institute.  I am excited to bring you my new school Hot Yoga Sanford where I offer Bikram’s method yoga, meditation, and amazing detox retreats. I love the yoga and I love teaching it. My plan is to keep things simple. Come, pay for class, get your yoga on, feel great, leave happy and come back for more. I look forward to sharing this experience with you.
