Our mission is to provide eco-friendly, clean, convenient and community focused neighborhood facilities. We offer state-of-the-art functional strength and conditioning equipment, personal training and small group classes led by a network of highly trained and knowledgeable trainers and instructors.
Our fitness centers are self service, offer free WiFi, 24hr video surveillance and secure member entry to ensure accessible, safe and comfortable environments.
All locations are equipped with cutting edge Technogym Kinesis Stations, which allow for large range of functional motion while you train. These machines are easy to use and require you to engage your core and smaller, secondary muscles, which translates to a more effective, efficient workout. Each station allows for three-dimensional movements, making for a wide variety of exercises on the machines. Each facility is also equipped with a variety of Precor cardio equipment, a full range of free weights and variety of other accessories and machines for a complete workout.
In 2009 fitBERNALfit became the first recognized green gym in San Francisco through the San Francisco Green Business Alliance. In 2014, fitGLENfit followed suit as the second green gym while Sunporch Yoga became the first Green Certified Yoga studio. Our facilities are designed with reclaimed and re-purposed décor and our daily operations and core values emphasize an eco-friendly mindset. We care about the earth, your health and maintaining a sustainably driven business with a minimal environmental footprint.
