After years of research on the field we’ve selected exceptional variety of grains prioritizing non refined whole wheat flour harvested from the best farmers in the US. We took advantage of the locally sourced organic produce from various farmers market across California.
We proudly handcraft all of our fresh pasta daily using sustainable and organically grown heirloom grains such as Khorasan, Einkorn, Emmer, Spelt, Amber Durum. From our appetizers to our pastas and down to our desserts, we are happy to say that everything that comes from our kitchen is made in house.
