Our Story begins with the late Mamma Loredana. Mamma believes you should never underestimate the power of a home-cooked Italian meal. After many years of hard work from her kitchen in Italy, Mamma Loredana has brought her original recipes to the southern California area. In March of 2010, Mamma Loredana with the help of her family opened a true and traditional Italian Osteria, Osteria Mamma. You can expect the true taste of the Veneto region when you eat with us. From the moment you walk into Osteria Mamma, you’re part of the family.
While Mamma Loredana is no longer with us, her traditions and memories live on at Osteria Mamma. Over the past 10 years, Osteria Mamma has had the pleasure of being featured on Buzzfeed Food, LA Eater, and The LA Times. KTLA’s very own Dayna Devon has claimed that Osteria Mamma is her favorite homemade pasta spot in Hollywood! Lead by Certified Sommelier, Fillipo Cortivio, Osteria Mamma has received Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence 7 years and counting.
