Located in Downtown LA’s Arts District, Resident is an authentic neighborhood bar boasting an intimate entertainment and live music space along with a lush green, outdoor beer garden. Owners Tim Krehbiel, Paul Oberman, Jacek Ostoya and Bridget Vagedes have created a vision and design that has an immediate impact; It’s become what many are calling an “Oasis in the heart of the Arts District” where you can enjoy local draft favorites and specialty cocktails, served from a 1954 Spartan trailer.
