Operating in Central Florida since 1989 Chef John and Jay have been throwing parties for corporations, sports teams, and individuals with an emphasis on local culinary techniques. The two have a real passion for food, entertainment and hospitality which is supported by the incredible staff of Fish on Fire. The business partners also operate Central Florida Foodworks.
