All classes are Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga (temp ranging between 89-98). Please take in consideration this varies with outside temp., humidity levels, and people in the yoga room. The Yin classes are warm (temp. Between 75-89). The Beginner classes are non heated. Every class is for all levels and ages that want to be there for the entire duration of class times. Yin Yoga – This yoga is great for beginners and students that want a slow, warm (79-89°) yoga class. There is more focus on mediation and breath and long easy poses.
Bikram Yoga – Hot Hatha Yoga 90 minutes. A series of 26 poses and 2 breathing techniques. Challenging and precise poses with clear concise direction.
All other classes are all levels hot vinyasa flow. Be prepared to sweat. If you are new, rest as much as you need to. Have fun!
