In 1998 I began my journey into the healing arts with Reiki. I had always been into holistic health, yoga and massage, but when I was introduced to Reiki by an amazing Reiki Master, I knew there was more to explore. In 2002 I made the decision to leave my corporate HR job in Boston and head to New Mexico to become a massage therapist. I graduated from Crystal Mountain Massage Therapy School and Clinic in June 2003. With a well rounded education including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuro Muscular, Cranio Sacral, Prenatal, Polarity Therapy among others, I headed to Napa, California to begin my career as a Massage Therapist! Through the years I have added to my “tool kit” by continually taking classes to enhance my talents. La Stone Therapy, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, QiGong, Tui Na, Aromatherapy, Ytsara Massage, Upledger Cranio Sacral I & II among others have helped me develop a unique massage that I call Deep Therapeutic Relax. I like to get deep into the muscles while paying attention to the body as a whole to attain a peaceful relaxed state. My goal is to listen to your needs to create the ultimate experience in massage.
