The Avenue

Owned by Oakland Native Curtis Howard and his wife Tana, the avenue has been the dive bar soul of temescal for 14 years. It’s a dark, rocker haunt with a penchant for skulls. Come sit by the fire in our cozy, back room lounge, or play pool amongst classic records, toys, and skateboards. We also go big on Halloween and create a multi-themed haunt throughout. It’s different every year and not to be missed.
